As part of the Development Secretariat team, you will provide support to the Hospital Planning Committee in the planning, coordination, development and management of the new acute and community hospitals that will be located in the eastern region of Singapore. Your role will includethe facilitation of workshops, meetings and discussions to collate users’ inputs for end-user briefs and operations requirements, and the coordination, planning and management of project schedules, budgets, tender procedures, contract arrangements and quality requirements for the project. You will facilitate the full life cycle of project implementation which includes compilation of project briefs, management of design development, costing and scheduling, procurement of contracts and services, sample/mock-up reviews, management of changes and hand-over inspections and commissioning of the new hospitals.
