You will be responsible for the effective planning and implementation of facilities development projects assigned including but not limited to conceptual design, project budgeting, project scheduling and project proposal preparation. Project implementation includes project planning, design development, procurement, management of construction contracts till completion of infrastructure facilities projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist supervisor to develop/co-ordinate proposals for facilities development and space utilization
2. Co-ordinate with key stakeholders in matters relating to facilities planning and project implementation
3. Manage all projects assigned from conceptual stage to completion
4. Ensure cost effective design and budget accuracy
5. Manage projects and ensure proper governance and budget compliance
6. Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

1. Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or any other relevant discipline
2. Knowledge in AutoCAD drafting and project management process/documentation
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations
