About The Role

This position will be based in our Singapore office located in Kallang Bahru.

We are seeking someone who is capable of managing project from initiation to completion. This includes liaising with clients, planning and organizing project deliverables, and ensuring timely delivery. The successful candidate should also be an effective communicator among team members and stakeholders, providing solutions to any arising issues and maintaining the overall performance of the project.

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction through clear communication, proactive management of expectations, and confident stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrate emotional intelligence and situational awareness to adapt communication styles, and manage delicate conversations or shifting client needs with professionalism.
  • Good problem solving skills, resolving problems quickly and communicating effectively to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Planning, organising, managing & executing the content deliverables, working with other leads to ensure quality output from brief to delivery
  • Good multi-tasker with an ability to produce and maintain detailed and robust schedules/timing plans
  • Stay on top of changes to project scope, schedule, and unforeseen costs at any stage of projects.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, owning projects with a solutions-first mindset and ensuring no critical element is overlooked throughout execution.
  • Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews, and ensure the right people are seeing the right things before it leaves the company
  • Drive delivery momentum by proactively removing blockers, managing risks, and ensuring decisions are made in a timely fashion to prevent workflow bottlenecks
  • Identify and foresee upcoming project challenges before problems surface. And if they do, mitigate and provide solutions in a timely fashion
  • Oversee vendor and freelance relationships, ensuring 3rd party’s delivery of projects on brief, on time, to budget, maintaining the highest possible quality
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with the Sales or Content teams to ensure nothing is lost in translation and that no details are missed
  • Interpret and optimise campaign performance across social platforms, with a strong understanding of platform-specific metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Responsible for closing of jobs with the finance team in a timely fashion.

The Successful Candidate Should Have

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in project management in a social media or advertising agency, or marketing positions in brand and communications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field
  • Proven record of working with managing multiple projects at once
  • Experience with working with internal teams and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to navigate high-pressure situations with clarity and poise, delivering timely outcomes while maintaining strategic oversight.
  • Ability to assess complex situations quickly and make informed, solution-oriented decisions with confidence and accountability
