A leading consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage recruitment, payroll, and licensing processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or Business, with at least one year of relevant experience. This role offers opportunities for practical learning and involvement in regulatory support within the F&B industry.
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and scheduling, but excluding interviews
Prepare and manage employment contracts, onboarding, and offboarding documentation
Handle monthly payroll processing, CPF contributions, and staff expense claims
Assist with work pass applications and renewals
Manage individual income tax filings and ensure compliance with statutory obligations
Maintain accurate employee records and use HR software to streamline processes (experience with systems like Info-tech and QuickHR)
Lead and support applications for:
SFA Licences
Import/export permits
Liquor licences
Public Entertainment licences
Liaise with clients, government agencies, and landlords to facilitate approvals
Track licensing timelines and ensure timely renewals
Provide practical, hands-on support throughout the licensing process and follow-up operations
Stay up to date with relevant Singaporean regulations in the F&B space
Conduct regulatory and industry-related research as needed
Prepare clear, professional presentation decks and internal reports
Provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations based on industry best practices
Assist with internal process documentation and SOP refinement

Degree in HR, Business, or related fields
At least 1 year of relevant HR or licensing experience preferred
Strong project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Fast learner, meticulous, and adaptable to a dynamic consultancy environment
Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and partners
