Qualifications

  • Gérer les opérations de production et de site en assistance au chef de projet.
  • Veiller au respect des budgets et des coûts.
  • Assurer la qualité et la conformité aux exigences de sécurité.

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager to manage production and site operations

  • Adhere to project scheduling, including documentation, commissioning & hand-over

  • Maintain quality control and liaise with sub-contractors & suppliers

  • Adhere to project budget & cost control measures

  • Understand safety, building & regulatory requirements & ensure compliance

  • Attend site meetings to take note of requirements

  • Take ownership and be proactive on assigned tasks

  • Administer routine management reporting & updates

  • Assist in the preparation of RFPs and Tenders

  • Work with designers and different teams to understand and deliver on the project goals

  • Understand resource requirements and allocate responsibilities

Requirements:

  • At least 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience with proven track records in interior décor industry

  • Meticulous and good planning and co-ordination skills

  • Technical background with knowledge of structural, AV and M&E preferred.

  • Ability to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision

  • Project and cost management

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office application

  • Motivated, keen to learn, hardworking and a good team player

  • Time sensitive
