Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in building construction projects, including mixed-use or large-scale developments.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or BIM tools.
• Strong coordination with multiple stakeholders on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site structural and building works, ensuring alignment with approved drawings and project timelines.
• Liaise with consultants, site representatives, and subcontractors on inspections, technical issues, and work progress.
• Work closely with M&E and architectural teams to manage interface coordination across multiple disciplines.
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are carried out safely, correctly, and efficiently.
• Monitor site progress, resolve issues, and ensure teams are working with the latest drawings and information.
