• Basic Salary up to $5000 + AWS + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Take charge of contract execution and ensure project progress aligns with agreed timelines and standards.

• Work closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to oversee installation progress, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of assignments.

• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on project status, highlighting key milestones and addressing any challenges.

• Supervise site works to ensure they adhere to contract drawings, specifications, and industry standards.

• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, installation/testing checklists, progress reports, and other relevant documentation for M&E tasks.

• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure technical submissions and shop drawings are accurate and timely.

• Assist the Project Manager in procuring materials, equipment, and labor, ensuring cost efficiency within the approved budget.

• Apply specialized knowledge to address mechanical systems like VAV, VRV, cooling towers, chillers, and electrical systems such as BMS, lighting controls, and retrofitting projects, particularly in Data Center environments.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role.

• Experience in the M&E or construction industry, preferably with exposure to projects in Singapore will have added advantage.
