Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from award through handover, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and delivering within budget. You will develop plans, coordinate multi-project activities, and manage costs with cross-functional teams and external partners.

The role requires coordinating surveys, managing variation orders, producing WIP reports, and ensuring safety and quality standards across site activities.

Responsibilities

• Follow the PM process from award to handover including all statutory deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans for multiple projects.
• Review proposals to define schedule, funding, staffing and resource allocation to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Coordinate pre- and post-tender surveys for MOD projects and related site surveys.
• Process variation orders to meet financial targets.
• Provide regular PM reports during WIP reviews.
• Lead project team, attend site meetings, inspections and handovers, and order spare parts.
• Attend monthly WIP meetings with Commercial and Finance.
• Coordinate daily activities and resolve cross-functional technical issues with internal and external teams.
• Manage costs and flag overruns or late deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with organizational norms and quality/hold points in processes.
• Sign off per ON 17100 for major projects and protect financial entitlements.
• Demonstrate safety leadership; conduct safety walks and inspections.
• Ensure safety compliance for employees and subcontractors at project sites.
