Job Description:

This is a contract role for a Senior Project Engineer (ACMV) located in Toh Guan Rd. Our client s a company dealing with coldstores as well as airconditioning & mechanical ventilation works. The role focuses on designing air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, refrigeration, and cold room systems. It includes overseeing project quality, schedules, budgets, and team performance, while providing regular updates. Responsibilities also involve technical support, mentoring team members, reviewing deliverables, managing project risks, preparing drawings and reports, assisting with tenders, and maintaining daily communication with clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in engineering.
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Work experience within construction industry or similar relevant field.
• Knowledge of codes, standards and procedures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, microsoft office , etc.
• Possess Class 3 Driving License is a plus
