Senior Project Engineer (A1 main con, CRL Project) - YL

Our client is a well-established A1 main contractor with a strong track record in mixed-use developments, residential, commercial, and MRT projects. In line with their ongoing progress in iconic landmark LTA projects, they’re now on a look out for Senior/Project/Site Engineers for their LTA Cross Island Line project. This role will be 5.5 days of work per week and performance bonuses to be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating, planning, and executing the project plan on-site.
• Participate in site meetings, inspections, and monitoring to report on the project's progress.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure all technical drawings and plans are followed.
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment usage to ensure smooth project flow.
• Assist in managing project budgets and monitoring cost expenditures.
• Assist in troubleshooting project issues and delays, proposing corrective measures.
• Supervise to ensure productivity & quality of sub-contractors’ works, in compliance to specific requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with Civil/LTA projects in A1 main contractors.
• Willing to work in the East (Islandwide shuttle bus service provided).
