As they continue to drive growth and expansion, they are now seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from planning through to completion, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective project execution.
• Develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Oversee quality control, health, and safety standards on-site to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress, costs, and scheduling to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or civil engineering industry.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects with successful outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
