Position Title: Senior Engineer - Project Management

Department: Engineering - Power Systems

Location: Jurong East, Singapore

We're looking for a Senior Project Engineer to lead the planning and execution of engineering projects in the power systems domain. This role involves close collaboration with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• \tLead and manage full project life cycles, ensuring milestones are met on time.
• \tDevelop and maintain master project schedules and track progress.
• \tCoordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors throughout implementation.
• \tCoordinate and lead the Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with clients and distributors.
• \tOversee on-site testing and ensure a smooth handover to the aftersales team.
• \tProvide first-level technical support during project execution.
• \tSupport project feasibility studies and assist in cost estimation.
• \tPrepare monthly project reports, highlighting key updates or risks.
• \tReview third-party product specs and drawings for submissions.
• \tDrive continuous improvement initiatives within project operations.
• \tWork with production, scheduling, and customer service to track and align on deliverables.
• \tAttend site meetings with main contractors and consultants as needed.
• \tManage and coordinate subcontractors on-site for installation and material submissions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2-3 years of experience
• OR
• Diploma with 5-7 years of relevant project experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings.
• Familiarity with generators, control systems, and related standards is a plus.
