This is not a desk-based projectcoordination role. You will work closely with customers, engineering teams,technicians, suppliers and management, and be involved in the full projectlifecycle - from engineering and procurement through machine build, FAT,shipment, installation, commissioning and final acceptance.

What You Will Own
- Manage assigned automationprojects from project kick-off through final customer acceptance.
- Develop and maintain projectschedules, milestones, resource plans and action lists.
- Ensure projects are deliveredon time, within agreed scope, budget and quality requirements.
- Coordinate Mechanical,Electrical, PLC/Software, Robotics and other engineering activities.
- Review customer requirementsand support technical feasibility, design reviews and engineering decisions.
- Monitor actual project progressand identify technical, material, supplier or resource bottlenecks early.
- Drive corrective and recoveryactions when projects fall behind plan.
- Coordinate FAT, packing,shipment, site installation, commissioning, SAT and project closure.
Hands-On Project Execution
We are looking for an engineer whounderstands the real effort required to complete an automation project - notsomeone who only updates schedules and reports.
- Understand the practicalsequence and dependency between design, purchasing, fabrication, assembly,wiring, programming, integration, testing, FAT, shipment, installation and SAT.
- Assess project status based onactual work completed and remaining effort.
- Work closely with engineers andtechnicians on the project floor to understand issues and drive practicalsolutions.
- Estimate and challengemanpower, engineering effort, lead time and resource requirements whennecessary.
- Take ownership of unresolvedissues and follow through until closure.
Supplier, Material & Logistics Management
- Manage suppliers, fabricatorsand subcontractors against committed project delivery dates.
- Understand supplier capability,manufacturing lead time, critical items and delivery risks.
- Follow up proactively oncritical purchased and fabricated items and identify delays before they affectthe project.
- Drive supplier recovery plans,escalation or alternative solutions when delivery is at risk.
- Understand the material andlogistics workflow from purchase order, supplier delivery and incominginspection through assembly, packing, shipment and customer-site delivery.
- Coordinate with purchasing andlogistics teams to ensure material readiness supports the project schedule.
- Support local and overseasshipment planning when required.
Decision-Making & Project Leadership
- Be proactive, decisive andresults-driven when project issues arise.
- Make timely practical decisionsby balancing technical requirements, quality, cost, schedule and customercommitments.
- Drive responsible partiestoward agreed actions and completion dates.
- Develop recovery plans whenprojects fall behind schedule.
- Escalate critical issues earlywhen management support is required.
- Maintain a strong sense ofurgency and accountability from project kick-off to final acceptance.
Customer & Commercial Exposure
- Act as a key project contactfor customers and participate in technical and progress meetings.
- Manage customer expectations onscope, schedule, technical requirements and deliverables.
- Communicate project risks,changes and recovery actions clearly.
- Understand the cost andschedule impact of engineering changes and additional customer requirements.
- Monitor project expenditure andsupport cost control, variation orders and targeted project margin.

Who We Are Looking For
- Diploma or Degree inMechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or arelated discipline.
- Approximately 3-6 years ofrelevant experience in industrial automation, customized equipment, machinebuilding or system integration. Strong candidates with less experience butclear potential may also be considered.
- Good hands-on engineeringfundamentals and practical problem-solving ability.
- Experience or exposure tosupplier/fabricator coordination and project execution.
- Strong ownership, urgency,follow-through and willingness to take responsibility for results.
- Good communication andcoordination skills with customers, suppliers, engineers and technicians.
- Able to work independentlywhile collaborating effectively with a cross-functional team.
- Willing to travel for projectinstallation, commissioning and customer support when required.
- Experience in Semiconductor,Electronics or other high-tech manufacturing industries will be an advantage.
