Job description

Mon to Fri: 8am -6pm

Alt Sat : 8am -5pm

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all project-related matters, ensuring timely resolution of technical and non-technical issues with proper documentation.

• Lead and supervise site teams (supervisors and foremen) to monitor work progress and address technical challenges in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Prepare construction method statements, risk assessments, and detailed work sequences to support safe and effective project execution.

• Support the development and review of Civil & Structural Design (CSD) and Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical (SEM) design submissions.

• Liaise with consultants on design drawings, as-built documentation, and design approvals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Propose construction sequences and assess the impact on existing structures, recommending remedial measures where necessary.

• Support the preparation of project presentations, progress reports, monthly claims, and other submissions.

• Assist in resolving site discrepancies during construction and support Quantity Surveyors in verifying progress claims and payments.

• Coordinate the handover of completed works, including rectification works and final inspections.

• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, site housekeeping standards, and legal requirements.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project delivery and site operations

What we're looking for

• Min. 5 yrs of exp in Design and Build projects with pre-cast experience

• PE board recognised Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering

• With precast experience
