Overview

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead the successful execution of integrated security system projects. This role involves end-to-end project management, client coordination, and team leadership to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have solid engineering knowledge, leadership ability, and a strong sense of accountability.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure timely completion, within budget and according to scope.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling issues, changes, or escalations professionally.
  • Supervise project teams by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Ensure proper documentation, including project schedules, reports, test plans, and as-built drawings, is maintained and updated.
  • Oversee system installation, testing, commissioning, and handover processes in compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues during implementation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Engineering Head.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong potential may be considered.
  • Good understanding or working knowledge of ELV, automation, networking, and security systems (e.g., CCTV, card access, intrusion alarm) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Industry or hands-on project experience in security systems or low-voltage systems preferred.
