Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead the successful execution of integrated security system projects. This role involves end-to-end project management, client coordination, and team leadership to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have solid engineering knowledge, leadership ability, and a strong sense of accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure timely completion, within budget and according to scope.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling issues, changes, or escalations professionally.

Supervise project teams by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and optimizing resource allocation.

Ensure proper documentation, including project schedules, reports, test plans, and as-built drawings, is maintained and updated.

Oversee system installation, testing, commissioning, and handover processes in compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues during implementation.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Engineering Head.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong potential may be considered.

Good understanding or working knowledge of ELV, automation, networking, and security systems (e.g., CCTV, card access, intrusion alarm) is an advantage.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Industry or hands-on project experience in security systems or low-voltage systems preferred.
