A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks a Project Manager to oversee projects from tender to completion. The successful candidate will lead project teams, manage budgets, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within specifications. This role requires strong leadership and risk management skills.
1) Support the Contracts Department on tender issues.
2) Lead the Project Team and ensure project completion within the set budget, schedule, and conformance with design documents.
3) Participate in developing the project bidding strategy with the project team and purchasing department.
4) Conduct regular project/contractor meetings to review project progress and address issues such as current cost projections, change orders issued to date, anticipated pending costs, schedule updates, requisition reviews, major upcoming activities, project changes, and other relevant issues.
5) Study, evaluate, and identify all tasks and risks from bidding through project implementation and final completion. Lead, direct, assist, and support construction teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
