Responsibilities

• To be an in-charge of a new erection project in Singapore (workers’ dormitory/Industrial building) with the scopes from design development to project management
• To oversee designs for planning and building approvals, and ensure compliance with local regulations, guidelines, building codes and specific standards
• To execute construction management including site progress, coordinate/ liaise with client, consultants, authorities and all stakeholders

Requirements

• Must possess a Degree in Architecture (preferably recognised by BOA, Sinagpore)
• Min 6 years of construction project management experience in local projects
• Well versed in local Authority’s regulations/ guidelines for submissions
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team as well as individually
