Job summary

The Health Promotion Board in Singapore invites you to join the Healthy Food & Dining Division to oversee the Healthier Choice Symbol Programme, drive projects and strengthen governance. You will work with internal teams, manufacturers, retailers and vendors to deliver improvements, manage risk, coordinate audits and ensure timely, accurate programme delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in project or programme management.
• Experience in government or public-sector programmes is relevant.
• Strong operational and process management with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with audits, digital/system implementation or vendor management would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage project and programme management for the HCS Programme, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day administration and operational management, including queries and communications.
• Drive process improvements and governance, addressing risks and recurring issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors to deliver system and digital improvements.
• Contribute to programme monitoring, guideline updates and content development.
• Assist on programme planning and evolution, informing resources and strategy.
