Job summary

Health Promotion Board in Singapore oversees the Healthier Choice Symbol (HCS) programme and related health initiatives. The role focuses on managing complex projects, ensuring robust administrative and operational delivery, and driving governance improvements.

You will work with internal HPB teams, manufacturers, partners and vendors to keep the programme effective and fit for purpose, with emphasis on risk management and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project or programme management in government/public sector or similar

Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery of the HCS Programme and provide progress updates for timely, high-quality delivery
• Oversee daily administration and operation of the HCS Programme including applications, queries, communications, and records
• Drive processes and governance improvements; streamline workflows and manage risks
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors and stakeholders to deliver system/digital enhancements
• Develop programme guidelines, content and performance insights from data to inform improvements
• Partner with the HCS Lead on planning, resources and strategy to evolve the programme
