DESIGNATION:

Senior Programme Liaison Executive, Chinese Drama Productions

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Read and understand script prior to sourcing for suitable filming locations
2. Work closely with the production team in coordinating suitable filming locations
3. Source for and coordinate with sponsors for local/overseas filming
4. Handle daily logistics and troubleshoot problems that happen during filming
5. Liaise with the public, which involves communicating with neighbours and authorities
6. Establish and maintain good rapport with sponsors
7. Prepare roller credits for transmission
8. Take on any other duties assigned by the Manager (Location/Facilities)

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Diploma qualification
2. Outgoing personality and a positive work attitude
3. Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
4. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
5. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
6. Detail-oriented and efficient
7. Able to thrive in a high-stress environment
8. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates
