Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Programme Support role to assess funded projects, develop standardized evaluation principles, and conduct surveys to measure reach.

You will help with planning and reporting for the broader programme team and act as secretariat for internal meetings. The role requires a degree in any discipline and strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize information and offer well-reasoned recommendations that inform funding

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline; fields such as Business Administration, Public Policy, Communications, or Social Sciences preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize information and develop well-reasoned recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support programme planning and KPI reporting for the broader programme team.
• Conduct surveys to assess reach and effectiveness of programmes and initiatives.
• Support the review and refinement of fund problem statements to ensure continued relevance.
• Review the effectiveness and longer-term value of funded projects; assess scalability or incorporation into broader initiatives.
• Review fund evaluation process and develop principles for a standardised approach to assessing proposals and project outcomes.
• Conduct research, analyse findings, and develop recommendations arising from the review.
• Serve as secretariat for internal meetings; coordinate materials and record key discussion points.
• Support programme planning, reporting and other coordination-related work as required.
