Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Programme Support professional to help assess funded projects, develop standardised evaluation principles, and conduct surveys to measure reach. You will assist planning and reporting for the broader programme team and act as the secretariat for internal meetings.

Responsibilities include supporting KPI reporting, reviewing fund statements, and coordinating materials for meetings. Strong analytical thinking and a degree in any discipline are required.

Responsibilities

• Programme Support & Business Partnering: support programme planning and KPI reporting for the broader programme team; conduct surveys to assess reach and effectiveness; support review and refinement of fund problem statements.
• Fund & Project Review: review effectiveness and long-term value of funded projects; assess sustainability/scaling; develop standardised evaluation principles; conduct research and develop recommendations.
• Secretariat & Planning: serve as secretariat for internal meetings, coordinate materials and action items; support planning, reporting and coordination tasks.
