Position: Senior/Programme Coordinator
Responsibilities
  1. Manage, develop, and review residents' activity programmes in collaboration with Therapy Assistants and stakeholders under the guidance of trained AHPs, following established policies and procedures.
  2. Develop, coordinate, and conduct programmes tailored to residents' holistic needs.
  3. Review programmes regularly for relevance and effectiveness.
  4. Oversee programme quality control and ensure compliance with documentation and safety SOPs.
  5. Report updates and requirements to supervisors.
  6. Manage and support the engagement and performance of the programme team, including professional development.
  7. Guide Therapy Assistants and volunteers in executing programmes.
  8. Establish collaborations with external stakeholders such as corporate, institutional, and grassroots organizations.
  9. Review and prepare information materials for distribution.
  10. Procure consumables and supplies, monitoring the budget.
  11. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic programmes.
  12. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
  13. Maintain good communication and feedback channels with residents and sponsors.
Requirements
  • Minimum qualification: Advance/Higher/Certificate in Community & Social Service (Senior Care Services) or 'O' Levels.
  • At least 2 years of experience in eldercare services within an eldercare institution.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Passionate about working with diverse senior profiles.
  • Ability to plan, develop, and implement programmes to meet seniors' needs.
  • Skilled in engaging, befriending, and motivating seniors through activities.
  • Experience in preparing and conducting care programmes such as news chats, cooking therapy, arts & crafts, singing, dancing, and reminiscence therapy.
