Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and transformation programs across multiple business units.

• Oversee budgets, resources, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Drive change management, adoption, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Ensure high standards in reporting, documentation, and quality assurance.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within delivery teams.

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years in project/program delivery management with a focus on transformation or digital initiatives.

• Strong experience working across diverse teams and business processes.

• Proven ability to lead complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, risk management, and communication skills.

• Project Management certification preferred; MS Project & Office proficiency required.
