Senior Program Manager – Financial Technology Implementation

Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 SGD + Bonus

Singapore based Hybrid / Remote + Some Travel.

World-class, global fintech seeking a Professional Services Program Manager with financial systems / software implementation experience. Additional growth position to work with best-in-breed PM team delivering enterprise scale implementations and client-facing projects.

Role:

1. Overseeing Implementations of complex enterprise-level software solutions for clients.
2. Working on Core software replacement projects
3. Leading the delivery across a multi-functional project team consisting of application consultants and technical consultants.
4. Collaborating with client-side project team, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery, product development, and/or other cross-functional teams.
5. Potentially strategizing, directing and driving the work of the overall program
6. Managing and aligning client expectations to the solution strategy
7. Liaison between technical and non-technical teams.

Experience Required:

1. Min 10 years of Senior PM or Program Management experience, in an external client-facing role on large-scale projects of minimum $5m in value
2. You must have experience leading client-facing software implementations in FS / Capital Markets / Fintech
3. Project management standards, processes, procedures, methodologies and life cycles.
4. Agile and Waterfall
5. Excellent Advanced skills with project management software.
6. Prerequisite to understand forecasting and financials.
7. Excellent presenting skills
8. Flexibility to work in different time zones.
9. Ideally knowledge of Treasury or Risk Management in Banking
