Senior Program Executive (DAC Services)

Job Purpose:

To oversee the daily operations, administrative functions, program coordination, and client-related services for the Day Activity Centre (DAC). The role ensures smooth delivery of Centre-based activities, operational compliance, and coordination of client care support in alignment with service standards and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Day Activity Centre (DAC) for persons with disabilities.

  • Manage administrative processes, ESR reporting, audits, risk management, procurement, and incident reporting.

  • Plan and coordinate Centre programs, recreational activities, transport, logistics, and volunteer involvement.

  • Supervise the Support staff and coordinate closely with the AHP

  • Support case coordination, client admissions, withdrawals, and family liaison in collaboration with program staff and allied health.

  • Ensure service standards, operational KPIs, and regulatory compliance are met.

  • Prepare operational reports, work plans, and budget submissions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Social Work, Community Care, Psychology, or related field preferred.

  • Prior experience in disability, social services, or community care settings an advantage.

  • Strong operational, administrative, and people management skills.

  • Effective communicator with good coordination and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong team-player and proactively collaborates with team members to achieves outcome.
