Job Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of executing, validating, and commercializing all company projects.
Lead the setup and development of assembly processes for new product introduction (NPI) initiatives.
Oversee day-to-day project operations to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, compliance with relevant standards/regulations, and alignment with customer expectations.
Offer technical support to the production team as needed.
Act as the primary liaison with customers to ensure the successful commercialization of projects.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of project activities.
Organize and lead regular project meetings to monitor progress and address challenges.
Prepare and present project summaries and updates to management.
Support and contribute to continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
Carry out any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Over 5 years of technical experience in an industrial setting, including hands-on project management.
Solid knowledge and practical experience in plastic injection molding, extrusion, and assembly processes, particularly in medical device manufacturing.
Familiarity with manufacturing operations, process validation, and sterilization techniques.
Strong understanding and working experience with regulatory standards such as ISO 13485 (mandatory), Medical Device Directive (MDD), and FDA design controls or equivalent.
Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication, presentation, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness and ability to travel for business, including mandatory travel to Mexico. (Travel allowances provided)
