A leading company is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and manage various projects, ensuring strategic alignment and adherence to budget and timelines. The role involves interaction with executives, customers, and regulatory agencies while ensuring compliance with contracts and service agreements. Candidates should possess a degree and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in program management.
· Responsible for managing and directing specific projects and programs throughout Flextronics.
· Initiates, monitors, and directs projects and programs from inception through delivery.
· Develops and ensures adherence to project and program budgets.
· Organizes project-related activities and communications among departments, customers, vendors, and the community.
· Participates with other managers in establishing strategic organizational plans and objectives.
· Directs the activities of program team members and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.
· Interacts regularly with executives and customers.
· Drives strategies to deliver customer requirements and recommends Flextronics capabilities in manufacturing and engineering services.
· Reviews aggregate program proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding requirements, asset management, procedures for accomplishing the program, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.
· Supports Flex Global Cost Model Process as site representative, led by Quotation Manager, for existing and new customer quotes.
· Coordinates within the site team and management to input, review, and approve FGCM rollouts by Quotation Manager.
· Maintains specific program quotations, including ECO changes, monthly/quarterly component price changes, rework, and repairs.
· Ensures compliance with contract and service agreement requirements by both Flex and the customer.
· Manages customer expectations to ensure alignment between operations and the customer.
· Works to facilitate ease of doing business between Flex and customers.
· Oversees customer satisfaction management, including the Viewpoint Relationship survey collection, reviews, and corrective actions.
· Reviews high-level program reports and presentations for management, customers, and others.
· Coordinates program activities with government regulatory agencies.
· Participates in Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis, tracks relevant metrics, and drives actions based on results.
· Contributes to workplace safety, health, and environmental protection by adhering to EHS policies and participating in related programs.
· Participates in and adheres to the Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) policies and programs.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Program Management.
