Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Production Manager to lead GMP secondary packaging and redressing operations in Singapore. You will oversee production planning, technology transfers, workforce management and regulatory compliance within a healthcare manufacturing setting.

The role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, pharmaceutical packaging, healthcare logistics or regulated operations.
• Minimum 5 years of people management leading production or operational teams.
• Proven experience managing customer requirements, operational projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations for secondary packaging, relabelling, kitting and redressing activities.
• Manage production planning and scheduling to optimize resources and meet service levels.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Program and Quality teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
