Location: East Singapore | Rotating Shifts | Career Progression | Singaporeans Only | Permanent Headcount

A global MNC in the aerospace industry is hiring an experienced and driven Senior CNC Cell Leader to take ownership of production operations within its high-precision machining division. This is a rewarding leadership role ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-standard environments and are ready to drive team performance and process excellence.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of CNC machinists/technicians in daily production operations

  • Plan and monitor schedules to ensure on-time delivery and quality output

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 6S, TPM)

  • Develop, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance and quality targets

  • Optimize machine utilization, manpower deployment, and production efficiency

  • Enforce workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance to aerospace standards

  • Maintain accurate ERP system updates (e.g., Syteline)

  • Resolve technical and operational issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Conduct daily shift briefings and manage overtime and manpower planning

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum Degree in Mechanical, Precision, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering

  • At least 5–7 years of CNC machining experience, including minimum 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role

  • Proven leadership skills in managing teams and production operations

  • Strong understanding of CNC machining, tooling, and programming

  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and 6S initiatives

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

  • Able to work rotating shifts

  • Singaporeans only
