EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an hands-on Production Leader to plan and coordinate daily manufacturing activities in an established electrical equipment environment. You will manage manpower, materials and machines to meet strict delivery schedules and drive improvements with Design, QA, Sales and Production teams.

The role offers progression to an Assistant Production Manager track, a competitive salary, company transport, and comprehensive medical coverage.

Qualificações

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in production planning, material planning or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in electrical panel, switchboard, switchgear or electrical equipment manufacturing is advantageous.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Comfortable coordinating with production workers, supervisors and different departments.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities, manpower, materials and machinery to meet delivery schedules.
• Monitor production progress and resolve delays, bottlenecks and outstanding works.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure sufficient stock/material availability for production.
• Work closely with Design, QA, Sales and Production teams on drawings, specifications and technical issues.
• Guide supervisors, foremen and production workers on workmanship, assembly methods and quality requirements.
• Follow up on rectification, rework and quality issues and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Monitor production performance including productivity, manpower utilisation, quality, cost and delivery.
• Support workplace safety, equipment maintenance and continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on schedule, quality, workmanship and technical matters.
• Support the Production Manager in the overall day-to-day operations of the department
