Job summary

Job Position: Production Control Planner

Department: Production Control & Logistics

Primary Job Purpose:

• Maintain master data in D-one Tool and SAP new BOM set-up

• Liaise with sales & PCL to alignment of monthly SIOP forecast

• D-one tool – validate & upload monthly SIOP, demand & shipment, and PCL input optimization

• SAP planned orders review vs actual production attainment & adherenc,e and backlog in D-one tool

• Ongoing Kaizen system improvement in the planning & scheduling process Customer waterfall trend and analysis

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistic or equivalent

• 1-2 years’ experience in production planning/ scheduling

• Strong analytics skills in volume variations

• Require advance excel/access & SAP skills & Microsoft Power BI

• Provide support & coverage to PC&L Supervisor

• Conformance to relevant audit requirements

• Achieve PC&L KPI

• Deploy & implement 5S and LEAN initiatives
