Job summary

Pall Singapore, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Production Associate to operate manufacturing equipment, assemble products, monitor production processes, and perform basic troubleshooting to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output. This on-site role reports to the Production Team Leader in Benoi Sector.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, adhere to safety and quality procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a cleanroom

Qualifications

• NITEC graduates with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience or Diploma graduate with at least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience are preferred.
• Secondary educated graduates with at least 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and processes to meet required specifications.
• Carry out production activities adhering to safety, quality, and 5S procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to on-the-job training and SOP updates.
