Job summary

Pall Corporation in Singapore is seeking a Sr. Production Associate I to support the development and revision of standard operating procedures and work instructions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the Team Leader, Production, you will operate machinery, ensure materials are available, and contribute to EHS, quality, and 5S practices while supporting training of new hires. Candidates with NITEC or Diploma and relevant manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply;

Qualifications

• NITEC graduate with at least 2 years of manufacturing experience or Diploma with at least 1 year preferred.
• Secondary educated graduate with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and cleanroom/manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise SOPs and work instructions with cross functional teams.
• Support improvement projects and assist in day-to-day operations; train new hires.
