Position: Production and Architecture Consultant (PAC)

As a PAC, you will ensure customer support throughout each phase of the product lifecycle (pre-sales, implementation, support). You will be responsible for deployment, performance, reliability, and operability of the platform. This role requires excellent technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and good communication. You will collaborate closely with the Product Development division to achieve effective integration of a capital market enterprise system in terms of technical quality and cost.

This position involves consulting work to ensure client satisfaction with the technical aspects across various countries in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and develop expertise in the Murex platform.
2. Analyze and improve system stability, reliability, and performance through issue analysis, benchmarking, and performance profiling.
3. Serve as the point of contact for Murex system production and architecture technical issues, acting as a trusted partner for clients.
4. Assist clients with sizing, setup, monitoring, and maintaining their infrastructure (hardware and software).
5. Support key accounts as a support coordinator.

Candidate Requirements

To succeed, you should possess:

• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems, shell scripting, and networking.
• Programming skills in C, C++, Java, Python, Go, or similar languages.
• Experience with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• A strong desire and ability to learn.
• Enjoy collaboration and thrive in a team environment.

Desirable Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Fresh graduates with a passion for finance and technology are welcome; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of multi-threaded programming, design patterns, and middleware.
• Good organizational skills.
• Proactive and self-driven attitude.
• Problem-solving enthusiasm.
• Experience with tools like Valgrind, GDB, BPF, Java profilers such as MAT, is an advantage.
• Database administration skills are a plus.
