Senior Production and Architecture Consultant

Role Responsibilities

1. Ensure customer success throughout each phase of the product lifecycle (pre-sales, implementation, support).
2. Oversee deployment, performance, reliability, and operability of the platform.
3. Collaborate with the Product Development team to integrate the enterprise system effectively, balancing technical quality and cost.
4. Provide consulting services to clients across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring their satisfaction with technical aspects.
5. Develop expertise in the Murex platform.
6. Analyze and improve system stability, reliability, and performance through issue analysis, benchmarking, and profiling.
7. Serve as the point of contact for technical issues related to Murex System production and architecture, acting as a trusted partner for clients.
8. Assist clients with sizing, setup, monitoring, and maintenance of their infrastructure (hardware and software).

Candidate Requirements

Essential Skills:

1. Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems, shell scripting, and networking.
2. Programming skills in C, C++, Java, Python, Go, etc.
3. Experience with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
4. Strong desire and ability to learn.
5. Team collaboration skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
2. Fresh graduates with passion for finance and technology (training provided).
3. Knowledge of multi-threaded programming, design patterns, middleware.
4. Good organizational skills.
5. Proactive, self-driven, and enjoys problem-solving.
6. Experience with tools like Valgrind, GDB, BPF, Java profilers such as MAT.
7. Database administration experience is a plus.
