Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager/Senior Manager to lead or be part of project delivery teams in agile development of web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers, overseeing code reviews, standards, and release development.
• Collaborate with the business to develop and deploy mobile and web products, integrating via APIs with existing IT platforms, ensuring solutions align with the IT Strategy roadmap.
• Support the team with programming, code reviews, and technical guidance.
• Coordinate with vendors and developers effectively.
• Work with business teams and system analysts to implement IT applications and platforms efficiently.
• Engage with project sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring project deliverables are met.
• Promote good project management practices and governance within the IT team.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in application/mobile/software development, including mobile platforms or DevOps for mobile and web projects.
• At least 5 years managing and delivering IT projects related to real estate, CRM, construction, or related fields.
• Experience in roles such as team lead, project manager, business analyst, solution architect, or software developer.
• Strong full-stack coding and solutioning skills.
• Familiarity with hospitality platforms or processes is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, capable of liaising with management and staff at all levels.
• People management skills are desirable for senior roles.

AI-Driven Innovation & Integration

• Identify AI/ML use cases across CDL’s operations, such as tenant engagement, energy efficiency, predictive maintenance, and contract intelligence.
• Design and oversee AI-powered features like chatbots, recommendation engines, computer vision for leasing and contracts, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure dataset integrity and governance.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Vertex AI).
• Lead agile product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Translate business needs into technical specs, user stories, and architecture.
• Work with engineers and cloud architects to ensure platform reliability and AI service integration.
• Conduct technical reviews, proof-of-concept testing, and sprint planning.
