Core objective of this role is to support the Divisional Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the Division they represent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop as a professional sales representative by acquiring knowledge and selling techniques. Have general knowledge of the medical device industry (BSC and competitors).
  • Visit customers and potential customers of Boston Scientific regularly to promote products and services, achieving sales targets as agreed with the Manager.
  • Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under the supervision of the Manager.
  • Plan and develop the market for existing and new products in line with divisional goals, utilizing available tools (e.g., consignment).
  • Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in cathlabs.
  • Cultivate relationships with hospital management, purchasing departments, and hospital staff.
  • Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
  • Analyze and report market and business feedback to the Manager using available support tools.
  • Represent Boston Scientific's values and integrity.
  • May lead a project team of moderate scope upon request.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in a medical-related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the medical industry, preferably in medical devices.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Team player capable of working harmoniously with all BSC employees.
