The role involves executing sales activities independently, conducting application training, building relationships with key stakeholders, managing the product portfolio, and exceeding sales quotas.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct pre- and post-sales product presentations and demonstrations for diverse stakeholders.
• Develop and execute user training, competency tests, and ensure proper use and inspection of Infection Control equipment and consumables.
• Maintain and grow sales within existing accounts and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
• Support onsite equipment and consumables trials in hospitals.
• Educate customers on Infection Control Consumables such as indicators and chemicals.
• Provide troubleshooting for clinical applications of equipment and consumables.
• Gather customer feedback, monitor market trends, and analyze competitor activities to develop sales strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders involved in CSSD workflow planning, equipment configuration, project planning, and implementation.
• Manage the project sales cycle from lead generation to installation, collaborating with service and project teams.
• Promote Infection Control Equipment & Consumables through various promotional activities.
• Build rapport with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in relevant fields.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, tender documents, and support negotiations.
• Collaborate internally to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations affecting CSSD operations and equipment.
• Adhere strictly to company ethics and compliance guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
• 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in sales or project management in Infection Control Equipment is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and independent working skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read hospital construction drawings, AutoCAD drawings, and schematics is advantageous.
• Proactive team player with a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
