The job

As the Senior Product Specialist, your key role is to provide technical support to the sales department to achieve targets and growth.

• Provide on-site application support and stay informed about market trends and competitive situations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to demonstrate product capabilities throughout the sales cycle, from pre-sales to after-sales support, including technical discussions, demos, presentations, and training.
• Contribute to sales & marketing events and annual sales activities, maintain customer satisfaction, and generate leads through customer engagement.
• Participate in troubleshooting, manage demo lab chemical inventory, and provide training to overseas customers as needed.

The talent

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field.
• Experience in a Product Specialist role in the inorganic analysis field, analytical industry.
• Willing to work in the West region of Singapore.
