Job summary

Meta seeks a Product Quality Engineer to develop and implement robust manufacturing and quality processes for next-generation AI hardware. You will own manufacturing readiness for NPI to MP launches, collaborate with external manufacturers and internal Design Engineering, and ensure high efficiency and quality across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing and test experience in compute/storage/network hardware.
• Deep technical understanding of hardware architecture and high-performance compute/GPU systems.
• Experience with manufacturing test solutions for server/storage hardware.
• Experience with new product introduction and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for open compute hardware technologies.
• Design test methods and establish standards to meet product and process quality targets.
• Lead cross-functional troubleshooting and drive failure analysis and corrective actions.
• Engage early with engineering teams to implement DFx requirements.
• Advance test coverage, methodologies, and infrastructure for reliability and scalability.
• Conduct First Article and Source Inspections on hardware components and assemblies.
• Create BOMs, engineering change notifications, and manufacturing process changes.
