Job summary

Jobtailor in Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Manager to define vision, translate requirements, and guide cross-functional teams through delivery in a complex tech environment.

You will lead initiatives around Entitlements, Consent Management, and Access Control, collaborating with business stakeholders and engineers to produce practical, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in complex technology environments.
• Strong understanding of Entitlement Management, Consent Management, Access Control.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into implementable product requirements.
• Experience collaborating with Business Analysts, architects, engineers, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience engaging in solution design discussions.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services (preferred).
• Exposure to AI/Agentic AI concepts or prototyping (preferred).
• Experience in Agile delivery environments (preferred).

Requirements

• Proven experience defining product vision, use cases, user stories, and product requirements
• Strong experience working with Business Analysts, architects, engineers, and senior stakeholders
• Good technical understanding with the ability to engage in solution design and implementation discussions
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills
• High ownership, accountability, and ability to drive initiatives independently
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services (preferred)
• Exposure to modernization or digital transformation programs (preferred)
• Exposure to AI/Agentic AI concepts, prototyping, or proof-of-concept initiatives (preferred)
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments (preferred)
