The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

    You will be a key member of our APAC Product Marketing team, with opportunities to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and partners across LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) in one of our fastest-growing regions. In this role, you will cultivate and manage strong regional partnerships, becoming a trusted advisor who champions customer and member value through alignment with the product roadmap. You will work closely with global and regional stakeholders, as well as cross-functional teams, to inform product innovation, ensure market readiness, and drive customer adoption that fuel growth across the APAC region.

    As the APAC market expert, you will lead the development of impactful localised strategies and support field enablement for global Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives. Your success will be defined by your ability to deliver effective GTM strategies and product launches through strong collaboration, clear communication, and innovative thinking.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead regional launch strategy and execution for products, features and Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives across APAC.
    • Leverage deep APAC insights to craft compelling and differentiated messaging that resonates with customers and supports market success
    • Drive adoption of LinkedIn Talent Solutions by partnering with global product marketing, regional sales and marketing leaders, and cross-functional teams to support business growth
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to define support needs for new product and feature launches, and lead the development of sales enablement strategies
    • Activate the field through targeted programs that enhance selling effectiveness and customer engagement
    • Partner with marketing, Go-To-Market Enablement, and Insights teams to deliver impactful sales enablement content, account strategies, narratives, case studies, and roundtables
    • Lead Voice of Market efforts by capturing and synthesizing customer, field, and competitive insights to inform product and sales strategies
    • Translate complex product information into clear, actionable strategies that demonstrate value to customers and sales teams
    • Build strong, trust-based relationships across Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Business Operations, and GTM Enablement
    • Basic Qualifications

      • 10+ years’ experience in Product Marketing or Go-To-Market (GTM) roles for B2B, SaaS, and/or high-tech environment
      • Experience in managing go-to-market strategy and execution across APAC and/or at a global scale

      Preferred Qualifications

      • BA/BS degree in Marketing or a related field
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a bias for clarity and action
      • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative customer and market research
      • Experiencepartneringwith cross-functional stakeholders in a globally matrixed organization
      • Experience leading strategic cross-functionalprojects at scale
      • Proven ability to influence product direction and GTM strategy with market and customer insights
      • Self-starter who can thrive in a very fast paced business
