LTS is the technology company behind LawNet, a one-stop law practice portal providing a complete suite of information and transactional solutions for the Singapore and global legal community.
Reporting Structure
Report to Deputy Director, Sales & Marketing of LawNet Technology Services Pte Ltd.
Responsibilities
Work with the product team to develop product positioning, proposition and communication strategy that resonates with customers and differentiates our product from its competitors in the targeted markets.
Embody and champion the product vision and roadmap to potential customers and existing users with in-depth understanding of the product.
Establish regular cadences with key accounts for revenue retention and customer satisfaction.
Understand buyer and user personas, industry trends, and other competing products in the similar space to drive product improvement.
Develop a go-to-market strategy and an acquisition plan to build awareness and drive adoption. Work with cross-functional teams to operationalise marketing, sales, and product training strategies to achieve usage and adoption targets.
Work within the sales team to contribute to revenue targets for assigned product portfolio.
Conceptualise and craft product related marketing and sales content for a variety of platforms and channels.
Work with data from different sources, identify insights to work on, and then pursue the right strategies to ensure the numbers are in line with revenue and usage goals.
Skills and Qualifications
At least 4 years of hands-on experience working with SaaS, B2B or B2C product platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related fields.
Experience in developing marketing plans that cover strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc.
Experience initiating and driving a range of GTM programs including acquisition plan, webinars, trade shows, social media, content marketing etc. Experience in driving an account-based marketing approach would be a plus.
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
Experience in usage of CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Dynamics 365.
Experience in providing product demos, training and holding workshops in small and large group settings.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in liaising with government stakeholders and working with public sector systems is an advantage.
Strong metrics and analytical orientation.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong presentation skill.
Background operating in Legal Tech will be a plus.
