The Role:
MyRepublic is looking for a motivated and driven candidate to support the development, positioning, and management of consumer mobile products, with a focus on revenue growth and retention. The candidate must be adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced industry with tight deadlines.

You will work alongside team members to ensure alignment across functions to best address strategic and market needs for the company.
Along with developing a thorough understanding of the consumer, you will utilize knowledge of the market, product, product strategy, and competition to enable the Marketing Communications and Sales teams to execute optimally in activities related to the product.
From a deliverables perspective, you will contribute to documents defining process flows, positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market strategy, while supporting Senior Management and Product Marketing leadership in ensuring alignment on these directives.
The position is measured by its contribution to market success KPIs, including Broadband and Mobile Market Share, Revenue Share, Average Revenue Per User, Churn Rate, and Customer Experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the Singapore mobility business team in initiatives related to revenue, user growth, and retention.
- Assist in driving demand for and adoption of MyRepublic mobile services among existing customers and prospects.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and support the Head of Product Marketing and team in shaping new product constructs.
- Contribute to end-to-end go-to-market plans for new product launches and help maintain the competitiveness of existing product lines.
- Assist in identifying suitable existing or new segments for upsell/cross-sell of communication services and value-added services.
- Work closely with Sales, Brand & Marcom, IT, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and product launches.
- Support product teams in launching and managing new products and third-party services in the Singapore market.
- Monitor and report on competitive benchmarks and market trends. Provide insights and recommendations to maintain competitiveness.
- Track and report key metrics within product marketing, including ARPU, Churn Rate, and Product Penetration.
- Foster collaborative relationships across teams to ensure an aligned approach to retention and sales growth.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Understanding of, and skills in, Product Marketing specifically
- Self-Starter with a Get-Things-Done attitude.
- Experienced in leading/working with cross-functional teams to develop and launch relevant products; mobile telco experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with datasets to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to analyse and breakdown complex mechanics into simple-to-understand points for internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present to managers, as well as working well across departments, with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Be a reliable team player and maintain good working relations while simultaneously taking a confident stand to solve problems.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, adhere to deadlines, deliver high-quality results and to manage multiple priorities.
- An enabler and proactive problem solver who is independent and versatile.
Required Education and Experience
- 1–2 years of Product / Product Marketing or related experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field preferred
- Experienced working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Experienced working with partners on commercial deals and collaborations
- Expertise/understanding of the telecommunications industry is preferred
- Proficiency in the Google Workplace, Microsoft Office and WordPress
- Proven record of ideation, development and execution of campaigns or projects
