Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced product leader to drive the strategy, design, and execution of next-generation wallet and asset management solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep fintech expertise with hands-on Web3 product experience to deliver secure, compliant, and user-centric financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the functional design and UX optimization of wallet and asset management products to deliver a seamless and competitive user experience.
• Conduct in-depth user research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and define product requirements.
• Develop comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from frontend to backend, ensuring smooth execution and on-time delivery.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Define and implement mid-to-long-term product roadmaps for wallet and asset-related services.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Finance, or related fields.
• Over 8 years of experience in the financial industry, with a minimum of 1 year in Web3.
• Hands-on experience with Web3 wallets (required).
• Proven track record in delivering successful payment systems, wallets, or compliant financial products (e.g., security tokens).
• Experience in cross-border payments or collaborations with major card networks (Visa/Mastercard).
• Advanced understanding of tokenized real-world assets (RWA).
• Deep expertise in blockchain fundamentals, including smart contracts and distributed ledger technology.
• Strong grasp of financial product mechanics, such as lending and derivatives.
• Comprehensive knowledge of global compliance frameworks (KYC, AML, security token regulations).
• Demonstrated ability to design enterprise-grade solutions, including SaaS platforms and API ecosystems.
• Comfortable to liaise in Chinese to stakeholders stationed in China
