OKX in Singapore seeks a Senior Product Manager for the User Center to own the identity lifecycle, login authentication, and account permission architecture. You will collaborate across engineering and compliance to translate growth targets into scalable infrastructure, including AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Own the product roadmap for account identity and preferences, and lead end-to-end lifecycle management.
• Drive login system productization including third-party login, QR login, and OAuth authorizations.
• Design and evolve account hierarchy and permission systems for diverse business models.
• Translate business growth targets into account infrastructure roadmap with RBAC and Custody capabilities.
• Monitor account-related issues and guide AI transformation in the User Center product line.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for user account identity and preferences, and lead end-to-end account lifecycle management.
• Productize login system including standard, third-party, and QR login, and OAuth for OKX Wallet connections.
• Design account hierarchy and permission systems to support multiple business models.
• Partner with institutional/compliance teams to drive growth targets into infrastructure features.
• Track and address account-related issues and promote AI adoption in workflows.
