We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives from inception to execution. In this role, you will:

1. Interact with customers to build empathy and address their needs.
2. Conduct market research to inform product strategies.
3. Prioritize initiatives and projects, balancing necessary trade-offs.
4. Develop and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies, aligned with strategic priorities.
5. Define features, write specs, conduct user studies, refine based on feedback, and support QA testing.
6. Monitor progress and coordinate with developers, designers, marketing, and operations teams.
7. Manage the backlog and ensure timely delivery of products and features.
