Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or other quantitative discipline. Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience will be considered.
5+ years of product management experience in the risk management area, familiar with risk decision engines, modeling services, risk analytics tooling etc
Ability to translate product strategy into detailed requirements, and communicate the requirements clearly to cross-functional teams, including but not limited to engineering, business, partnership, operation, merchant tech etc; solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development
High proficiency delving into the technical product, system and implementation details. Able to engage with engineering beyond just product and user experience needs; willing to roll up sleeves and design scalable and extensible solutions
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, including product research, design, delivery and launch
Data oriented - identifying, defining, tracking and acting upon impact metrics. Experience identifying KPIs and working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring
Experience leading cross functional teams to deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies and constraints in a highly dynamic environment
